Lợi dụng điều này, nhiều đối tượng đã mạo danh doanh nghiệp để gọi điện, nhằm dụ dỗ lừa đảo những người “nhẹ dạ cả tin”.
Mặc dù. cơ quan chức năng đã cảnh báo liên tục qua các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng, báo đài. Nhưng nhiều đối tượng vẫn liên tục gọi điện, nhắn tin đến khách hàng, người dân để “dụ dỗ”. Chia sẻ với chúng tôi, chị Bùi Hoa (ngụ phường Linh Tây, Tp.Thủ Đức, Tp.HCM) cho biết: “Trong hơn 2 tháng qua, tôi nhận được khoảng hơn 10 cuộc gọi nói là nhân viên bên công ty điện máy liên kết với công ty bất động sản mời tôi kết bạn Zalo để gửi thông tin mã khuyến mãi. Ngoài ra, các đối tượng còn nói tôi là khách hàng thân thiết nên mời đi ăn tiệc để bốc thăm tại chỗ, sẽ được ưu đãi trúng quà đặc biệt”.
“Lúc đầu khi vừa gọi điện, những người này đọc họ tên tôi, lại còn nắm được thông tin tôi mua dự án nào, căn hộ nào và nói cả chủ đầu tư nên tôi khá tin tưởng. Các đối tượng hỏi thăm về dự án đã mua, tôi có muốn bán hay cho thuê hay không, sau đó mới chuyển sang chủ đề tặng quà, tặng hàng hóa và mời đi dự sự kiện. Do cũng đọc được nhiều thông tin trên báo nên tôi rất cẩn trọng, không tham gia vào sự kiện”
Cũng thường xuyên bị gọi điện mời đi tham dự sự kiện, anh Phan Minh Nhật (ngụ quận Bình Thạnh) cho biết: “Trước đây tôi sống ở chung cư gần Bến xe miền Đông, Bình Thạnh, sau này do vợ chuyển công tác nên phải dời về gần tỉnh Bình Dương sinh sống và có đầu tư mua một căn hộ của Tập đoàn H.T. tại Tp.Dĩ An. Có ngày tôi nhận tới 2 cuộc điện thoại.
Họ tự nhận là nhân viên của Tập đoàn H.T. mới lập công ty để liên kết chăm sóc khác hàng, hỗ trợ trong việc tặng các chương trình tri ân, giảm giá cho khách. Lúc đầu là tặng phiếu đi siêu thị. Tôi biết là lừa đảo nên liền cúp máy”.
“Tung chiêu” tặng voucher nghỉ dưỡng quy đổi hàng chục triệu đồng
Một trường hợp khác là chị Phạm Thị Nga (ngụ phường An Bình, Tp.Dĩ An, tỉnh Bình Dương) đang sinh sống tại căn hộ trên đường Lê Trọng Tấn cho biết, trong 1 tuần, chị nhận nhiều cuộc gọi tự xưng là nhân viên công ty bất động sản P.Đ. (chủ đầu tư dự án mà chị này đang ở).
“Nam thanh niên đọc rõ căn hộ, mua từ thời điểm nào và nói rằng giá cả căn hộ đã tăng, tôi có nhu cầu cho thuê hoặc bán hay không. Khi tôi không nói thì người này bắt đầu nhận là người của chủ đầu tư, thông báo rằng gia đình tôi là khách hàng thân thiết nên được bốc thăm trúng thưởng đi du lịch Phú Quốc”, chị Nga cho hay.
“Lúc đầu tôi cũng nghỉ rằng du lịch Phú Quốc 3 ngày 2 đêm dành cho 2 người có lẽ là thật, vì tôi mua nhiều sản phẩm của bên Công ty P.Đ. Nam thanh niên này còn cam kết với tôi là vé đi du lịch hoàn toàn miễn phí, chỉ cần tôi đến công ty tại Tp.Thủ Đức để nhận vé là được”, chị Nga kể.
Chạy theo con dấu vì kế toán “bận”
Liên hệ qua số điện thoại với một nam nhân viên tên Hưng, người này sau khi nghe PV nhận là cư dân sinh sống tại khu vực Bình Dương và Tp.Thủ Đức (Tp.HCM) (nơi các dự án mà đối tượng đưa ra để lừa đảo), Hưng rất đon đả tiếp chuyện. Hưng ngay lập tức nhận rằng, bản thân hiện đang làm nhân viên kinh doanh của Công Ty TNHH Địa Ốc Thành Phát (theo tìm hiểu của PV công ty này có địa chỉ tại quận 10, Tp.HCM).

Khi PV hỏi thêm có mất chi phí gì không, Hưng cho biết: “Anh không mất chi phí gì cả, nhưng anh phải di chuyển tới công ty trước 8h để em và kế toán xuất voucher cho mình”.
Trong quá trình trao đổi, nam nhân viên này liên tục yêu cầu PV phải đúng giờ. Khi PV nói buổi sáng rất bận vì phải đưa đón con đi học, Hưng nói: “Em có tài xế đưa đón riêng, em sẽ qua hỗ trợ anh đưa con đi học và chở anh qua công ty em luôn”.
Khi nhận được lời đề nghị này PV từ chối sự giúp đỡ và khẳng định sẽ tới sớm. Hưng cũng không quên dặn: “Anh phải đi sớm vì tới nơi em hỗ trợ anh giấy tờ, kế toán bên em cầm dấu mộc của công ty, nên khi điền thông tin của anh xong thì chị ấy phải đi công tác, chỉ có thể đợi anh trước 8h sáng”.
PV chốt lịch hẹn vào đầu tháng 2/2025. 2 ngày trước khi đến lịch hẹn, Hưng liên tục dùng hàng loạt số điện thoại khác nhau để gọi điện, nhắn tin nhắc nhở lịch. Đặc biệt, mỗi lần trao đổi xong thì tài khoản mạng xã hội hoặc số điện thoại sẽ không thể liên lạc được.
Sau khi đưa voucher cho PV điền thông tin, Nam gọi điện cho xe ô tô 7 chỗ tới đón nhóm PV đi. Lên xe còn có 2 người nữa Nam nói là khách hàng. Xe ô tô di chuyển từ Tp.Thủ Đức lên cao tốc Tp.HCM – Long Thành.
Trong quá trình di chuyển, nhóm này bắt đầu nói về việc quy đổi tiền mặt mua dự án, khách chỉ cần cọc từ 30 triệu đồng (bằng với giá trị voucher) để mua dự án. Theo lời của Nam, thì khách chẳng mất gì vì đã có tiền từ voucher trả. Tuy nhiên, Nam cho biết khách phải ký giấy tờ trước và chuyển tiền vào tài khoản rồi sau đó sẽ được trả lại.
Trong quá trình di chuyển, 2 người đi cùng PV liên tục hỏi về dự án, tỏ ra rất muốn mua và kỳ vọng lợi nhuận. Nhóm này đưa ra những con số lãi khủng, đầu tư sinh lợi trong vài tháng rồi chuyển tiền qua lại bằng điện thoại, nhưng không thấy ký giấy tờ
Khi tới đoạn đường hướng về An Viễn – Trảng Bom, nhóm của Nam bắt đầu “gạ” PV mua dự án. Tuy nhiên, nhóm PV sau đó đã lấy lý do người nhà nhập viện gấp và đòi xuống xe.
