Papain là một Enzyme Protease với vai trò vô cùng lớn trong công nghiệp dược và công nghiệp thực phẩm và chăn nuôi nông, thủy sản. Papain được sử dụng rất nhiều trong sản xuất các sản phẩm thịt, cá và sản xuất các chế phẩm phục vụ cho chăn nuôi. Phân bón cá là gì?
Phân bón cá là một loại phân hữu cơ được sử dụng phổ biến ở rất nhiều nước phát triển trên thế giới, đặc biệt là những nước có nền nông nghiệp dẫn đầu như: Nhật Bản, Ấn Độ, Israel,… Nó là nguồn phân bón hữu cơ an toàn giúp cải thiện lớn chất lượng và số lượng trong sản xuất. Loại phân bón này đặc biệt phù hợp với các loại cây trồng như: Cà phê, Hồ tiêu, Điều,…(bán enzyme papain)
Quy trình Enzyme Papain thủy phân cá – sản xuất phân bón từ cá
Với vai trò là một protease, Papain có thể phân giải được protein và dầu trong cá, giúp chúng trở thành các hợp chất hữu cơ đơn giản hơn mà cây trồng hấp thu được.Các phụ phẩm từ cá bao gồm đầu cá, ruột, vây, đuôi, xương,… Sau khi ủ với papain trong thời gian và điều kiện nhất định trở thành dung dịch. Các dung dịch này là các chất dinh dưỡng cần thiết cho cây trong quá trình sinh trưởng, phát triển, ra hoa, đậu quả.
Quy trình cụ thể sản xuất phân bón cá như sau: (papain thủy phân cá)
Bước 1: Chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu cho quá trình ủ phân bao gồm: cá tươi và các phế phẩm từ cá tươi sau khi được chế biến như: đầu cá, vi cá, ruột cá, mang cá…
Bước 2: Hoạt hóa enzyme Papain dạng bột bằng cách hòa tan 100g papain vào nước ấm (52 – 70°C), để trong vòng 1 giờ hoặc sử dụng các chế phẩm enzyme papain sẵn dạng dung dịch.
Bước 3: Thêm nước vào hỗn hợp enzyme đã kích hoạt với tỷ lệ thích hợp, công thức tham khảo là: 100 kg cá cần từ 50 đến 60 lít nước.
Bước 4: Chuẩn bị làm sạch cá, cho cá vào thùng, vừa cho cá vừa cho hỗn hợp enzyme sao cho đồng đều nhất có thể. Cuối dung, khi cho toàn bộ các vào thùng, phủ một lớp mỏng Papain lên trên bề mặt. Lưu ý không nên để thùng chứa đầy quá để có thể bổ sung nước vào hỗn hợp, tránh phải chuyển hỗn hợp các sang thùng mới.
Bước 5: Sử dụng nilon hoặc nắp đậy kín thùng, ủ hỗn hợp cá và enzyme 10 – 15 ngày. Sau đó bổ sung thêm 50 – 60 lít nước nữa, khấy đều, ủ tiếp 10 – 15 ngày. Sau 20 – 30 ngày ủ, chúng ta có được hỗn hợp phân bón cá giàu dinh dưỡng, có thể sử dụng cho cây trồng.
Để quá trình Papain thủy phân cá, ủ phân bón từ cá được thành công cần chuẩn bị đầy đủ các nguyên liệu theo hướng dẫn, đặc biệt là Enzyme Papain. Như vậy mới đảm bảo được chất lượng sản phẩm sau khi hoàn thành. Ngoài ra, Papain còn được ứng dụng rất nhiều trong ngành chăn nuôi.
