Chùa Hoa Nghiêm tọa lạc ở số 49 Quốc lộ 14, khối 4, thị trấn Dak Mil, huyện Dak Mil, tỉnh Dak Nông. Chùa bí quyết cơ sở thành thị Buôn Ma Thuột 55km về hướng Tây Nam, theo Quốc lộ 14 đi TP. HCM. Chùa thuộc hệ phái Bắc tông.

Chùa sở hữu đài thờ Bồ tát Quan Âm bát giác, 2 tầng mái. Điện Phật đc bố trí nghiêm túc. Đại đức Thích Quảng Tuấn trụ trì chùa từ năm 2003.
Chùa do ông Nguyễn Văn Đôn cùng một số Phật tử địa phương ra đời vào 5 1968 bên trên diện tích đất 3.359 m2. Ông Phạm Văn Dõng pháp danh Trừng Mãnh đã tổ chức di chuyển trùng tu chùa 5 1989 & đại trùng tu vào 5 2000 có phong cách thiết kế uy nghi, thanh tịnh.
